Shipping and Returns
Allstock do not deliver. However, if you require delivery, we can organise for a courier company to pick up your order and the charge will be invoiced to you. We will ring first with the delivery charge before booking the pick-up.
For cash customers payment must be made before your order leaves the warehouse.
CHEP Pallets
Most orders are picked on CHEP pallets. If you do not wish this to happen please notify Allstock by putting notification on your order or contacting reception.
If you are picking up stock from Allstock, please bring sufficient CHEP pallets for exchange. Same policy for Loscom pallets.
If your stock is being picked up by a freight company please notify them also of the need for CHEP exhange pallets. If the required number of CHEP pallets are not brought for exchange, stock will not be released.
If you have a CHEP account we can transfer the pallets. A receipt will be emailed or faxed to you on request.
Please advise if your freight company does not have a CHEP account and Allstock will pack your order onto plain pallets.
Returns
Credit requests and returns are subject to Allstock approval and must be received within 7 days of delivery quoting the invoice number.
Faulty Stock
Return of faulty stock is subject to Allstock approval. To expediate return and to receive a credit please provide the following:
- Email or phone Allstock with details of the fault - 9258 7244 / orders@agripet.com.au
- Please provide photo evidence of damage or fault for supplier.
- Invoice number to be quoted of when stock was purchased from Allstock.
- Batch number and useby and/or manufacture date from the product.
- Stock is to be retained and once approved by the supplier, Allstock will contact the customer for return and credit or exchange.
